Nasce nel 1964 dopo due anni di attente ricerche nel mondo. E' una voce amica nel cuore di una città nuda e disperata.
Da Milano il Telefono Amico si diffonde nelle città italiane e nel mondo.
Vive ininterrottamente giorno e notte e continua a restare l'unico amico dell'uomo solo, umiliato e disperato per i problemi personali e sociali sempre più gravi (la solitudine, il suicidio, il dramma di coppia, di relazione, le malattie, la povertà, le ingiustizie, la gioventù, la vecchiaia, la droga, i profughi. I persi e i disperati).
Primo rilevatore della droga incombente ha creato anche la comunità per i tossicodipendenti.
Lo stesso Telefono Amico è la via più celere per accedere alle 30 Comunità di Mondo X che sono disponibili, gratuite per tutti e sempre.
E' assistito da generoso volontariato giovanile e garantito da un'ampia famiglia di specialisti (medici, avocati, ministri di culto, magistrati, operatori del sociale, etc.).

From Milano Telefono Amico started up in Milan in 1964, after two years of carefull research all over the world. It is a friendly voice in the heart of a despairing and naked city.
From Milan Telefono Amico spread to all Italian cities and the world.
It lives day and night as the only friend for a lonely man, humiliated and in despair because of his personal social problem which are becoming more and serious : loneliness, suicide, illness, relationship, problems within the couple, injustice, youth, old age, drugs, refugees, lost men and men in despair.
Telefono Amico was the first to hear of the problem with drugs and to create communities to help drugs addicts. The same Telefono Amico is the fastest way to enter the 30 communities of Mondo X which are available and free, for everybody and forever.
It is manned by many very generous young volontaries and helped by a huge " Family" of experts ( doctors, lawyers, priests, magistrates, social workers, etc.).
